Villa Brscan offers accommodation in two separate houses.
Small House
The Small house has a layout of a 3+1 apartment with one double, one triple and one quadruple room with each having a private bathroom with WC and a shower and a spacious terrace. The house is equipped with a common kitchen. The triple has a barrier free access and is situated in the ground floor, having an access to shade garden with a direct access to a path leading towards sea. Double and quadruple rooms are situated on the first floor, each with a terrace with a sea view overseeing gardens. All rooms have standard beds; only in the quadruple there are two regular beds and one bunk bed. The small house is especially suited family with children and smaller groups of friends. There is beautiful outdoor sitting area underneath an old pine tree with a sea view and a large wooden swing with a sea view.

Large House
The Large house has two separate floors. On the ground floor there is an amazing common terrace with two large wooden tables fitting 20+ people, fully equipped kitchen, two triple, one double room and two bathrooms, accessible from the hall.
Second floor has a separate entrance, common kitchen and a small terrace, one triple and three double rooms, each with own bathroom including WC and a shower. In addition there is a large wooden table under pine trees and hammocks hanging in the garden with a sea view.

- In case house is filled from up to 10 persons 500EUR/night
- Children under 4 free
- The starting day is flexible and upon agreement. The reservation is binding after a payment of deposit in amount of 50% from the total price.
